Cilantro can be grown for spicey seed or plucked for the distinct leaves.  Either way this plant can grow 20-30 inches or be used for tasty micro greens. Corriander/Cilantro is indescpensable in many culture's cuisine including Indian and Mexican. It has even been used by French people as a liquor.
